invitation from Pastor Mark Disbrow of High Tech Ministry, Bishop,
California. Fred has come to the states with the purpose of sharing the plight
of the Aids Orphans and the many Ugandan children living in severe poverty.
Rescue African Children has been responding to the cry of these children since
2002, and has hopes to build a rehabilitation center for the many homeless
children that haunt the streets of Uganda. After arriving in Los Angeles,
California, Pastor Fred traveled to Bishop where he had only one contact, Mark Disbrow. From this one contact God has provided many churches and individuals in
small groups for Fred to share his story with in Bishop and later in the
Sacramento area. He even provided an opportunity for an interview with a local
news station in Bishop. As a result of Fred's testimony, many people's hearts
have been touched and 156 children have been sponsored in a period of two
months. In his message Pastor Fred emphasizes that Reach aims to build a
relationship between each African child and their sponsor family. If you would
